International student visas: Letter to The Times
The Times recently printed a letter from the Chairman of CIHE petitioning against the Government’s intentions to remove the right of appeal for international students who have had their visa application rejected. This letter was co-signed trustees, as well as the President of the Royal Academy of Engineering and the Chairman of the Engineering and Technology Board. This was issued in concert with Universities UK’s submission to the Financial Times, co signed by 120 Vice Chancellors.
