The Employer Demand for Higher Level Learning report by CIHE shows that businesses need graduates and staff with higher level skills so they can continue to develop high value-adding products and services and ensure improved management and leadership in business. But their demands for higher level learning are diverse and they often need to address very specific skill shortages.
