Sir Richard Lambert

Richard Lambert was editor of the Financial Times from 1991 to 2001, after a long career on the newspaper. In 2002-03, he wrote the Lambert Review of Business/University collaboration for the Government. He was on the Monetary Policy Committee of the Bank of England from 2003 to 2006, and Director General of the CBI from 2006 to 2011. He has been Chancellor of the University of Warwick since 2008, and was knighted for his services to business in 2011.
