Tracy has worked with Standard Chartered Bank for 25 years. She is a member of the Institute of Financial Services and has spent most of her career in banking roles both in the UK and in Hong Kong.

Tracy became the Group Head of Human Resources in March 2006 with her portfolio expanding to include Group Corporate Affairs in January 2010. Tracy’s priorities are to ensure HR enables the Bank’s growth through its people strategies for resourcing talent, learning and development and retention.

Prior to this Tracy was Group Head of Corporate Affairs. Responsible for Standard Chartered Bank’s, media relations, investor relations, internal communications, government relations, corporate responsibility strategies and brand development worldwide.  [She was also Head of the Group Chief Executive's Office].

Before heading up the Corporate Affairs function, Tracy’s prior roles include Executive Resourcing and Development, and multinational corporate relationship management in Wholesale Banking.

Tracy was a non-executive director of SC First Bank in Korea from 2005-2007 and became a non-executive director of eaga plc in September 2007. At eaga she chairs the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committee.

Tracy is a Diversity & Inclusion Ambassador for the Bank and was one of the founding members of the Group D&I Council set up in 2004. She is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

Married, with two young children, Tracy’s hobbies include playing the piano, tennis and travelling.
