Oliver Benzecry, Managing Director – UK & Ireland, Accenture

Oliver (Olly) is the Managing Director of Accenture’s UK and Ireland business.

Accenture is a global consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. It combines unparalleled industry, functional and technology capabilities to help its clients become higher performing businesses and governments.

In his previous role, Olly was Managing Director for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Latin America for the Accenture Management Consulting practice.  In this role he was responsible for the strategic development and operations of Accenture’s Management Consulting practices in these regions serving clients in over 40 countries.

Olly joined Accenture in 1992 into the Strategy practice and continues today to consult to clients in a variety of industries, including retail and consumer goods.  He has a broad range of experience including globalisation, operating model development, organisation design, managing change and technology exploitation.

Before joining Accenture, Olly worked for Conoco; and prior to that role he was with British Aerospace as an Aeronautical Engineer.

Olly is married and has twin daughters.  He holds a first class honours degree in Engineering from Churchill College, Cambridge.
